An airman with the U.S. Air Force was killed during special training outside of Boise, Idaho Tuesday. According to the Ada County Coroner Dotti Owens, 33-year-old Peter Kraines, of North Carolina died at the Black Cliffs rock climbing area just of Highway 21.
