Proposed Retail Mall In Twin Falls Crosses One More Hurdle
There may soon be a new shopping mall in Twin Falls.  This one will be located along the Snake River Canyon Rim west of the Perrine Bridge and north of the Golden Corral Restaurant.  Last night the Twin Falls City Council approved a change that will allow for the development of the shopping center.  The vote, however, was not unanimous, at 5 in favor and two against.

Project To Develop Canyon Rim Comes Back To Life
A project to develop shops and restaurants along the south side of the Snake River Canyon in Twin Falls is coming back to life.  The project was put on hold at the beginning of the recession.  The Times News reports today that the Twin Falls Planning and Zoning Commission will hear a presentation from representatives of Neilsen and Co. who are proposing the development once again.
