- Twin Falls County officials have released the name of an inmate who died in the county jail.      Officials say 56-year-old Hardy Albert Vermandel of Billings, Mont., was found dead of an apparent suicide at about 3 a.m. Tuesday. Officials have released no further information.      Vermandel was arrested by Twin Falls police on Montana warrants for felony drunken driving, officer obstruction and driving without privileges. He was booked into jail Monday.  Vermandel was arrested May 29 and charged with his eighth DUI after a crash in Yellowstone County. At the time, he was on probation for two previous felony DUIs and criminal  endangerment for hauling a horse trailer the wrong way on Interstate 94 and crashing into a Treasure County sheriff's patrol car in 2000.
