If you have snow still around you in the Magic Valley, it won't be around much longer according to the National Weather Service in Boise.I'm no expert at reading maps, but even a clueless prince like me knows that the National Weather Service image showing snow melt over the next few days means snow men will soon be extinct. Check out their map and Facebook post showing what's happening.

It appears that Gooding and the northern parts of the Magic Valley will see the most drastic snow disappearing act.

The last part of their post is the real key and that's what the runoff will do to river forecasts. I do think I speak for just about everyone when I say that we've had our share of flooding and don't need anymore.
