Police say  74 year old Janet Kingsley was turning left out of the Wayside Café parking lot when she collided with a pickup driven by 34–year old Trevor Stapelman,  also of Burley. Kingsley was taken to Minidoka Memorial Hospital where she died of her injuries. A passenger in her car was not seriously injured.  Staplelman was not injured.   A truck accident in Cassia County yesterday resulted in two deaths although details are sketchy.  Police say 33 year old Cynthia McVey of Burley and 68 year old John Tolman Sr. of Heyburn died in the crash.  Although not confirmed, reports indicate the crash involved a Transystems truck hauling sugar beets to the Amalgamated Sugar Plant in Paul.  The crash apparently happened as the driver attempted to avoid cows standing on the roadway on Highway 81 south of Malta.
