A new poll shows American citizens are not as "HOPEful" as they have been in the past but still hope that 2014 will be a better year.  What are your hopes?

Many online retailers promised delivery by Christmas even though it was last minute.  Many consumers believed them and ordered, even though it was last minute.  Many deliveries weren't made on time, even though it was promised.  Now, many consumers are mad even though they should have known better!
