The Idaho Legislature has adjourned.  What did you think of this session?

Fred Phelps of the Westboro Baptist (We Hate Gays) Church has died. No funeral planned.

Idaho is the only state that allows legislators to pick their own substitutes for when they will be absent.  You have a problem with that?
