Top Story Instapoll 1/18/12:Should The Idaho Legislature Restrict On Overnight Camping At The Capital Mall?

Aimed at the "Occupy Boise" movement the Idaho Legislature is considering legislation that would restrict overnight camping in the Capital mall area, specifically the lawn of the old Ada County Courthouse.  Some see this as a long overdue step to practicality while others see it as infringement on the right to protest and fee speech.  What do you think?  Vote Here....
