Rupert, Idaho ( KMVT-TV / KTWT-TV ) A man is hospitalized after his truck was hit by a train. Idaho’s First  News reports It happened around 5:15 Thursday afternoon at 200 East North Hwy 24 in Rupert.

The Minidoka County Sheriff's Office says 30–year old Rolando Macias of Rupert was headed southbound on 200 East Road and failed to yield to the train. The Union Pacific Railroad Train was headed East with 61 cars.

It hit the left front side of his truck with the lead engine and then hit it again with the second engine. Macias has been taken to the hospital ... But, his condition is unknown.
