Travel Warning: Dense Fog Expected in Lower Treasure Valley

TWIN FALLS, Idaho (KLIX) – If you plan to do any traveling to the Treasure Valley on Thursday be aware that you may run into some fog.

The National Weather Service says that dense fog is possible Wednesday evening through Thursday morning in the lower Treasure Valley. Visibility is expected to be one-fourth of a mile or less in some parts.

“Travel may become hazardous as the reduction in visibility may be sudden,” the advisory reads. “Slow down, use your headlights, and leave plenty of distance ahead of you.”

The advisory remains in effect until 11 a.m. Thursday.
