Pocatello, Idaho ( KMVT-TV / KSVT-TV ) - The sentencing date for a Twin Falls man in his federal synthetic drug case has been delayed once again.

Allen Nagel, the former owner of Smokin’ Head, was scheduled to be sentenced April 9 before Judge Bryan in Pocatello’s federal court. That sentencing is now set to happen July 29, 2014 at 2pm at the U.S. Federal Courthouse in Pocatello before Judge B. Lynn Winmill. Nagel, police say, formed a business and manufacturing and selling synthetic marijuana. He is facing 20 years in prison and a possible $100,000 fine.
