Twin Falls, Idaho ( KMVT-TV / KSVT-TV ) Xavier Charter School is now the owner of the building in which it is housed. When the school moved to its new location on North College the lease was over $800,000 per year. Charter schools cannot use supplemental levies and with the costs of operating, the school almost shut down. Now that the building is in the schools possession that yearly cost will be under $500,000. With the savings the school plans to hire more staff and offer new classes.

"Really what that means is that for the families that are here and our staff and the community as a whole is just stability that we are going to be here and provide a choice in education for a long time to come,” said Head o Schools Gary Moon. Xavier continues to grow with re–enrollment and over 500 new applicants for the coming school year.
