Add  a few more names to the list of those seeking the four Twin Falls city council seats up for grabs this fall. Yesterday, Twin Falls Chamber of Commerce President and CEO Shawn Barrigar declared his candidacy.   Councilwoman Rebecca Mills Sojka will be seeking election to the seat for which she was appointed about a year ago.  Local business owner Suzanne Hawkins, and former Police chief Jim Munn have all announced that they plan to run for council seats.  Munn is seeking the seat being vacated by councilman David Johnson.   Also, City Planning and Zoning Commission Chairman Wayne Bohrn and former Mayor Chris Talkington have announced they too will run. Bohrn, Talkington and Hawkins are  seeking departing Councilman Will Kezele’s seat.  Councilman Trip Craig also plans to run for his fourth term  against. Barrigar is no stranger to the city council. He previously held a seat between 2004 and 2007.
