Do you like rodeo?  Do you have to travel in winter to see a competition?  Would you like to find an event closer to home?

A six-thousand seat facility at the fairgrounds in Filer is one possibility.

This morning we were joined in studio by Scott Tverdy and Clark Kauffman.  Mr. Kauffman is a state legislator.  Mr. Tverdy is President of the Twin Falls County Fair Foundation.  They’ve been looking at ways to handle all the requests for event venues in the county.  A feasibility study has been done and now they’re seeking public input on cost, location and possible corporate sponsorship.  A six-thousand seat facility at the fairgrounds in Filer is one possibility.  I’ve enclosed a video of the discussion on Top Story.
