For the second time this winter Twin Falls city crews responded to a water main break.  However, the one this week didn’t damage a newly rebuilt major arterial road.  City officials say this water line break was discovered Wednesday morning in Rock Creek near the stock yard. City crews responded and had the break contained by 9:00 AM Wednesday.  The line, which is over 40 years old, was repaired by the end of the day Wednesday, and was back online by the end of the day Thursday.    Service to customers was not affected . Officials say between five and eight million gallons of water was lost due to the breakage.
