TWIN FALLS, Idaho (KLIX)- Twin Falls firemen saved four people from a burning apartment complex early this morning.

According to Battalion Chief Ron Aguirre the fire department answered a call at around 3 a.m. to a four-plex apartment on Monroe Street on fire. The fire was burning on the outside of the building trapping four people on the upper level of the home. Aguirre said firefighters used a ladder to rescue the adults trapped. The flames were put out in about 15 minutes.

Aguirre said the fire was an accident and don't think it was suspicious.  No one was injured by the fire. A neighbor alerted the people inside the apartment about the fire. They were placed in a hotel for a night. Three engines responded to the call and were clear of the scene by 5:19 a.m.
