Twin Falls Has First Rec-Center Meeting

What started off about a year ago as a comment after a city council meeting that absolutely no way was the city of Twin Falls looking into a recreation center actually turned into a meeting this week regarding the possibility of a recreation center.  Seventeen members of the Twin Falls Recreation Center Committee met for the first time yesterday.  They were told to think big and imagine anything and everything they would like to see included in a rec-center if one should be built in Twin Falls.  Over the next few weeks in subsequent meetings the committee will try to put a plan together and in fact, see if such a project would even be possible or wanted by city residents.  No ideas came out of this meeting…members were simply asked to plan their dream center.
