Twin Falls, Idaho ( KMVT-TV / KSVT-TV ) - A Twin Falls man is facing a charge of Burglary after police say he broke into a home in the 300 block of 5th Avenue North, Saturday March 21.

In court records, Twin Falls Police say they arrested Tigre Darin Martinez, 45, after someone reported a burglary in progress. The home was the residence of Randy Scott Hill, who had been arrested earlier that week and was in custody at the Twin Falls County Jail. When Police arrived, they say a pickup was backed up in the drive way.

When contacted in Jail, Hill told officers that no one but his mother and her boyfriend was allowed in his residence. Police arrested Martinez when he exited the home. Martinez claimed that Hill had given him permission to get items from his home and pawn them.

The money was to be put in Hills’ Jail trust fund. In the back of the truck officers say they observed numerous amounts of property belonging to Hill. Martinez will be in court on April 3 for a preliminary hearing before Judge Thomas Kershaw.
