Boise, Idaho ( KMVT-TV / KSVT-TV ) - Boise Police arrested a Twin Falls Man Thursday. A witness told authorities that an individual was in a vehicle acting strange and moving around inside.

Police responded around 6:40 a.m. Authorities say they spoke with Aaron W. Newman, 46 as he exited the vehicle. When police begin their investigation they discovered Newman was wanted on a failure to appear warrant from Twin Falls County.

Authorities say they later discovered a baggie of a white powder that tested presumptive positive for methamphetamine. Newman was charged with Possession of A Controlled Substance – Meth and Failure to Appear.
