TWIN FALLS, Id. (KMVT/KSVT) A Twin Falls man was charged with misdemeanor battery after an alleged scuffle late Saturday night.

Quinn Jimmy Hall, 24, of Twin Falls, was charged with misdemeanor battery Monday for allegedly hitting a man in the head and face, and biting his hear over the weekend. Twin Falls Sheriff’s Office was called after an employee was apparently attacked by Hall when closing Miracle Hot Springs. Employees usually knock on the doors of the private hot tubs to notify guests 15 minutes before closing.

Hall and three others were in one of the private hot tub rooms and employees knocked multiple times for the guests to finally leave, though court documents indicated they didn’t hear the initial knocks. Court reports said statements from the employee said the guests were confrontational but finally left the pool area, and that Hall allegedly stalled the employees from leaving the parking lot and eventually punched the driver’s window and punched the employee when he got out of the vehicle. A scuffle ensued.

Quinn’s statements alleged the employee attacked him after leaving the hot springs, according to court document. The reports said others involved may be charged. Quinn's pre-trial conference is slated for April 19 at 2 p.m. before Judge Calvin Campbell at the Twin Falls County Courthouse.
