Twin Falls Man Charged for Giving Pot to Student and Told to Sell It

Twin Falls, Idaho ( KMVT-TV / KSVT-TV ) A Twin Falls man was arraigned Wednesday on multiple felony drug charges after a minor was found with marijuana at Wings Charter School in May.

According to court records, 45-year-old Jack Costanzo allegedly gave the minor the pot and told her to smoke some and sell the rest. Police later executed a search warrant at Costanzo's residence and found multiple packages of marijuana.

He is being charged with felony delivery of a controlled substance, delivery of a controlled substance where a child is present, and possession of a controlled substance with the intent to deliver.
