Twin Falls Man Charged with Sexual Abuse of Minor

Twin Falls, Idaho ( KMVT-TV / KSVT-TV ) A Twin Falls man is facing charges of sexually abusing a child.

70 year old Marion Shotswell of Twin Falls was arrested Thursday on the charge of lewd conduct with a minor under sixteen.

According to an officer affidavit, the incident occurred Monday in Shotswell’s home. The following day, Shotswell allegedly admitted guilt to his wife and a Twin Falls police officer. He later declined to talk to police. Shotwell's bond was set at one thousand dollars.
