A 34 year old Twin Falls man has been arrested for a second time in just a couple of months and charged with five felony counts of felony forgery.

The Times News reports that Alfredo Lau is accused of writing nearly 3500 dollar’s worth of counterfeit checks to area businesses in September.  Before that he had been arrested on three other counts of counterfeiting money and passing fake checks but was released on his own recognizance.  Lau is being held in the Twin Falls County Jail and faces a preliminary hearing on the second set of charges November 4th.  He will enter a plea on the first set of charges November 7th.
