TWIN FALLS, Idaho ( KMVT - KSVT ) Police have arrested Omar Trejo-Ramirez for grand theft, fraudulent use of a credit card and forgery.

According to court record, Trejo-Ramirez went to the victim’s house to ask about a job, but stole two blank checks, $120 and a credit card while the victim wasn’t looking. Police say Trejo-Ramirez spent about $500 on the victim’s credit card and attempted to cash a check for $1200 at First Federal.

He was caught on surveillance cameras using the victim’s money and admitted to the crimes. Trejo-Ramirez was already on probation for multiple misdemeanor DUIs and a felony DUI.
