BOISE, Idaho (AP) — Idaho Department of Correction officials say an inmate who walked away from a work camp in St. Anthony is back in custody after nearly five months on the lam.

Deputies with the Canyon County Sheriff's Office arrested Tarango Deforest Padilla at a Nampa home on Saturday after getting a tip about his location.

The Department of Correction says that on July 5, Padilla walked away from the minimum security prison where he was serving a seven- to 15-year prison term for two counts of grand theft out of Twin Falls.
