BOISE, Idaho (AP) — A Twin Falls man has pleaded not guilty to federal child pornography charges. The Idaho Statesman reports that 41-year-old Stephen Roy Walker pleaded not guilty Wednesday to three counts of sexual exploitation of children along with transportation and possession of child pornography.

Federal prosecutors say Walker coerced a prepubescent girl to engage in sexually explicit conduct while he took pictures of her. The photos were taken in Texas in 2011. Walker was originally arrested in February 2014 and charged in Twin Falls County District Court with 51 counts of possessing child pornography.

The state charges were dismissed after a federal grand jury indicted Walker this month. A jury trial is scheduled for Nov. 16.
