TWIN FALLS, Id. ( KMVT / KSVT ) Twin Falls Police arrested a 25 year old man who has been charged with Burglary and two-counts of possession of a controlled substance with the intent to deliver.

On Wednesday just after 5 pm, a Twin Falls resident notified police that her son, later identified as Dakota Blue Colby, had entered her residence without her permission and removed several of her prescription medications. She said that the suspect took about twenty of her Morphine pills and a few of her Oxycodone pills.

The victim said that according to Dakota’s facebook page, he was at the Twin Falls public library advertising that he was selling the prescription medication. Police searched the library and found the suspect on the top floor. He denied taking any medication.

According to court records, police later found pills in his pocket that turned out to be Morphine and Oxycodone. Authorities said a woman reported that the suspect had asked if she wanted to purchase some Oxycodone pills. Colby was arraigned in court Thursday where bond was set at $50,000.
