Twin Falls Police Arrest Two in Connection to Various Burglaries

On September 7, 2016, at approximately 10:00 P.M. Twin Falls Police arrested James Howard Arthurs Jr. (a 34-year-old male from Twin Falls) and Brezzy Ray Lemon (a 38-year-old female from Twin Falls) in connection to various burglaries spanning multiple jurisdictions.

(tfid.org) Arthurs and Lemon were both booked into the Twin Falls County Jail for Burglary (IC 18-1401).

18-1401. BURGLARY DEFINED. Every person who enters any house, room, apartment, tenement, shop, warehouse, store, mill, barn, stable, outhouse, or other building, tent, vessel, vehicle, trailer, airplane or railroad car, with intent to commit any theft or any felony, is guilty of burglary.

18-1403. PUNISHMENT FOR BURGLARY. Burglary is punishable by imprisonment in the state prison for not less than one (1) nor more than ten (10) years.
