Twin Falls, Idaho ( KMVT-TV / KSVT-TV ) - An emergency 911 call for help turned into a police investigation Thursday (Apr. 25) afternoon in Twin Falls.

Twin Falls Police say that medical personnel were called to 260 2nd Avenue North at 12:50 pm. When they arrived they found a female not breathing and bleeding from the mouth. Twin Falls Police detectives and the crime lab were dispatched to the scene. The body was taken by the coroner for an autopsy.

According to Josh Palmer with the City of Twin Falls, they feel this is an isolated incident and that there is no immediate threat to the community. At this time, authorities have not released the female's cause of death.

Prosecutor Grant Lobes said it’s too early in the investigation to say much.
