TWIN FALLS, Idaho (KMVT/SKVT) - UPDATE: The man found dead in the former Mister Burger parking lot has been identified.

Lonnie Dale Davidson, 57, from Payette, was identified as the man found dead Wednesday in Twin Falls, according Twin Falls County Coroner Gene Turley.

Davidson has been living in a group home in Twin Falls. The coroner has ordered Davidson’s medical records. Police do not suspect any foul play. Davidson apparently died before police arrived at the scene.

TWIN FALLS, Idaho (KMVT/SKVT) - Police are investigating the cause of death for a man found on the ground in the parking lot of former Mister Burger restaurant in Twin Falls Wednesday afternoon.

Twin Falls Police Sgt. Brent Wright said at this stage there is no sign of foul play, and are investigating to determine the cause of death. Police received the call at about 4:09 p.m. Wednesday and dispatched, a deputy, supervisor, detectives, and a crime lab vehicle. Police also setup crime tape around the scene.

From the road the deceased man could be seen resting on the ground between two parked vehicles. Police could not comment if heat may have been a factor and expect to have more details in the coming days following the investigation.
