About 1200 Twin Falls city residents will soon be getting a chance to tell city officials how they feel about the way the city is being run.  Twin Falls has signed an agreement with the National Research Center to ask city residents just how satisfied they are with the way things are done.

1200 households will be randomly selected in the city limits and will receive a survey in the mail.  Twin Falls previously participated in a similar survey in 2009.  The results will be used by city officials for future planning and resource allocations as well as policy decisions and performance measurements.  The surveys will be in the mail the first week in February to the selected households.
