1200 households will be randomly selected in the city limits and will receive a survey in the mail.  Twin Falls previously participated in a similar survey in 2009.  The results will be used by city officials for future planning and resource allocations as well as policy decisions and performance measurements.  The surveys will be in the mail the first week in February to the selected households.
