BOISE, Idaho (KTVB) -- Two people had to be airlifted to a Boise hospital after a motorcycle crash on Highway 21 Sunday evening.

The crash happened around 6:30 p.m. between Highland Valley Summit and Robie Creek Road. A Boise County Sheriff's deputy on scene said a man and woman were on the motorcycle when it crashed. No other vehicles were involved.

The deputy said both people were conscious and breathing when they were taken away by an air ambulance. The highway was blocked for about two hours.
