Two Men Indicted in Fatal Shooting at Twin Falls Home

TWIN FALLS, Idaho (AP) — Two Idaho men have been indicted on charges they fatally shot one man and wounded another while responding to a Craigslist ad for a used car in Twin Falls.

The Times-News reports that 20-year-old Jacob Marshall, of Jackson, and 22-year-old Jerry Kimball, of Twin Falls, face first-degree murder and other charges in the death of 53-year-old Kent Storrer and the wounding of Storrer's son-in-law, Jasper Qualls.

The indictment described Marshall as "thirsty to kill" and Kimball as a willing acquaintance. The grand jury said the two devised a plan to murder and rob people who were advertising their cars.

Qualls listed his Mitsubishi for sale on July 23, and two days later Marshall and Kimball showed up at Storrer's house for a test drive. Authorities said Marshall fired the shots, and the two men stole the car. Marshall was arrested hours later when he rammed a police car. Kimball turned himself in the next day.
