HEBER CITY, Utah (AP) — A mother bear and her cub have been relocated after causing problems in Wasatch County for about a month.

KSL-TV reports that the two black bears had climbed on porches and peeked in home windows, stolen and scarfed down bird seed from feeders and broken into several cars in the Timber Lakes area.

Division of Wildlife Resources says the mother went so far as to break into a home and steal cookies and chips from a counter. The pair were relocated to the Book Cliffs area Saturday after being tranquilized.
