SALT LAKE CITY (AP) — An armored car company has rewarded a Utah man who returned a bag full of cash that he found on the highway. The Deseret News reports Dan Kennedy met with a local executive from Brinks on Monday and was given a $5,000 reward check. Kennedy last week found the 75-pound bag on Interstate 80 after it tumbled out a truck driving in front of him. He found stacks of cash inside the bag and reported it to Utah Highway Patrol.

Salt Lake City Brinks manager Travis Truft won't say how much money was in the bag. The bag was approximately 4 feet tall, 2 feet wide and 75 pounds, filled with smaller bags packed with bills. Kennedy said last week that one of the smaller bags inside contained about $22,000.
