Twin Falls Police are trying to determine who is responsible for a rash of vandalism in downtown Twin Falls early Monday morning.  Several businesses along Main Street, including the Music Center and the Escape Salon, reported to police that someone had pulled up newly planted flowers from the planters along the street the threw them on the ground involving several hundred dollars in damages.  A video surveillance tape showed two young boys, estimated to be between 10 and 15 years of age, pulling flowers from the planters and throwing them in the air for several minutes at one location in front of the Escape Salon.  The vandalism took place along a five-block area of Main Street.  Many of the flowers have been replanted.  Police are investigating the incident.
