Washington Man Killed in Motorcycle Crash on Idaho Highway

MOSCOW, Idaho (KLIX) A Washington man died after he lost control of his motorcycle just north of Moscow during the weekend. Idaho State Police says on Sunday, 48-year-old Eric Gearhart, of Palouse, was riding a 2009 Suzuki GSX1300 motorcycle on U.S. Highway 95 when he lost control while going around a turn and went off the road. The man was taken to a hospital where he was declared dead. ISP says the man was wearing a helmet and says speed may have been a factor in the crash.
