TWIN FALLS, Idaho (KLIX) Washington Street South is back open for traffic after a waterline break forced traffic into nearby side streets. The city of Twin Falls says repairs were finished after the line broke July 24, and caused a sinkhole to swallow part of a semitrailer headed south on the street. Traffic was diverted around the work into nearby neighborhood streets while crews worked to get the line operating again.
