TWIN FALLS, Idaho (AP) — A Twin Falls woman has been bound over to district court on charges of aiding and abetting the slaying of a man at the Apollo Motor Inn.  KMVT-TV reports that prosecutors called witnesses at the Friday preliminary hearing for Crystal Turner. They say Turner was asking friends for a "throw-away gun" on the day of a killing. She's accused of being involved in the Feb. 12 killing of a man inside the inn.

Twin Falls County Prosecuting Attorney Grant Lobes called witnesses to testify in the case who said Turner knew what was happening that day. Turner's earlier statement said she was just an innocent bystander.
