Woman on Motorcycle Dies After Hitting Concrete Barrier North of Boise
HORSESHOE BEND, Idaho (KLIX) A woman has died after crashing her motorcycle into a barrier near Horseshoe Bend Sunday afternoon. Idaho State Police say Tamara J. White, 55, of Boise died in the hospital after the crash on Highway 55 about five miles south of Horseshoe Bend. ISP says White missed a curve while riding south on a Harley Davidson and hit a concrete barrier. White, who had been wearing a helmet, was thrown from the bike. The rider was flown by air ambulance to a Treasure Valley hospital. The highway was blocked for a couple of hours during the investigation.
