Police in Hailey have charged a 16 year old boy after allegedly calling in a bomb threat yesterday morning to Wood River High School.  The boy has been charged with a felony for the call that came in just before 10 a.m. yesterday.  The number was reportedly traced to the boys cell phone.  His name has not been released but police say he is a student at Wood River High School.  He  was booked into the Blaine County Detention Center.  Police say the suspect indicated in the call that a bomb would go off at noon.  Both the Wood River High School and Silver Creek High School were evacuated and searched.  Most other schools in the Blain County School District were placed on alert but not evacuated.  Several after-school activities were also cancelled.  All classes resume today.
