Work on Eastland Avenue to Delay Traffic

Twin Falls, Idaho ( KMVT-TV / KSVT-TV ) - Drivers should expect lane closures on Eastland Avenue from Highland Avenue to Floral Avenue for approximately two weeks beginning Wednesday, April 15.

The closure will allow City contractor, PMF, to resume construction on a new waterline to serve east Twin Falls. Flaggers will assist with directing traffic through the construction site, however, drivers should expect delays and are encouraged to take alternate routes.

The pipeline construction is part of a project that was launched in March 2014, which will replace deteriorating waterlines and add new waterlines to provide more reliable service to citizens. The project is scheduled to be complete by summer 2015.
