Construction work on the new plant has already begun and workers are going 24 hours a day at the site to get it ready for the estimated June completion date.  City officials say there are still details to be worked out but progress is being made.  When completed the factory is expected to employ about 400 workers.  The Idaho Department of Labor is already conducting interviews on management positions for the plant.  The ribbon cutting ceremony will be held on Dec. 19th at 10 a.m.  Company officials say more details on the construction will be made available at that time.
