Yellowstone National Park is a beautiful place to visit. You can watch geysers erupt, see wild animals in their natural habitat, see the grand canyon of Yellowstone, enjoy hiking, go rafting, camp and much more.

While Yellowstone is amazing, it can also be very dangerous. According to yellowstonepark.com, since Yellowstone was established, grizzlies have mauled several people to death and three visitors have been killed by bison.

A lot of accidents can be avoided all together. One of those accidents happened recently when a 43 year old from Mississippi was charged by a bison because she was trying to take a selfie with it. Luckily, she walked away with minor injuries.

There is one rule everyone needs to remember about wild animals in their naturally habitat...they are WILD ANIMALS! Use the zoom on your camera, or binoculars if you want a closer look.
