BOISE -- A 27-year-old man from Indiana led police on a pursuit in Jerome County Saturday, reaching speeds up to 90 mph. Idaho State Police says around 3:20 p.m., they tried to stop Nicholas Jensen, who was riding an orange 2009 KTM motorcycle on Interstate 84 near milepost 165. Officials say Jensen was traveling over the posted 75 mph limit, when he failed to yield for a traffic stop. He then took the Jerome exit and continued at a high rate of speed. ISP says Jensen then drove into a near-by field, where police set up a perimeter. Police found him in a yard of a near-by residence and took him into custody. Jerome County Sheriff's Office and the Jerome Police Department assisted ISP.
