From all of the videos that have surfaced, it became clear that it was a a chaotic incident that left many wondering what was going on in their area.

Panic ensued as many were separated from their families or loved ones during the raid--some seen being apprehended by chains and zip ties -- some folks being driven off and others, like children, being released back to their families.

According to Idaho News 6, there is a criminal complaint that alleges Ivan Tellez, the owner of the horse track, was running an illegal gambling business.  It also names other horse owners. In Idaho, a license is required for such an operation.

We expect more information to come out as soon as Monday, October 20th, when authorities could have more availability to talk.
