How Sober Is Idaho Compared To Other States?
We get that it's sexy and fun to write about drinking alcohol. Going out to the club, maybe meeting a cutie, sharing a couple drinks. It's a good time!
However, that lifestyle isn't for everyone, and that's okay. Let's see how Idaho ranks when it comes to folks choosing to live a sober lifestyle.
Where does Idaho fall on the list of the most sober states?
A little behind the curtains here. This writer went through a divorce earlier this year, and it wasn't fun. I decided to give up alcohol during the separation, so as to eliminate distractions, and help me focus on all of the tribulations being faced at the time.
It wasn't easy, and it certainly wasn't simple to pull off, but oh boy am I glad I did. First off, ya boy sleeps like a freakin' baby now. I'm talking 7, 8, even 9 hours of sleep some nights. It's amazing. Second, my skin looks better than it has in years. Third, eliminating those extra calories gave me the revenge body I was very much seeking, lol.
So, choosing to eliminate alcohol can have a lot of positive effects. At least, it did for me.
Okay. Back to Idaho and numbers.
According to YorkTest.com, Idaho is smack-dab right in the middle when it comes to how many citizens per state are deciding to reach for non-alcoholic beverage options.
The state with the most drinkers per capita? Delaware, oddly enough. Idaho falls in the #31 spot, sandwiched between Georgia and Pennsylvania. Meaning, Idahoans like to drink some, but definitely not the most, and certainly not the least, either.
