Heart-Stopping Footage Shows Near Death Incident on Idaho Highway

It is probably one of the scariest videos that we have seen released in some time--and it is one that could have ended a lot worse.

Slow down. Move over. These are two things that the Idaho State Police is hoping that you will remember next time you see an officer stopped on the side of the freeway.

So far in Idaho, there hasn't been a ton of snow here on the Treasure Valley 'floor' but this week, we've begun to see some foggy and moist mornings. Despite the fact that there isn't snow on the ground or rain falling from the clouds--this kind of moisture, limited visibility, and temperature drop CAN indeed make for dangerous roads.

The Idaho State Police Department wants to remind folks of that very hazard...and encourage everyone to slow down.

Just the fact that the Idaho State Trooper wasn't seriously injured was a miracle--let alone the fact that he was able to walk away from it all!?
