Magic Valley Comic Con Returning This Year With Big Changes

It took years, but last year the Magic Valley finally hosted its first comic con. Many were excited to see what a Magic Valley Comic Con would look like, and based on the turnout, the feedback, and the event itself, it is safe to say it was a success. The question was would it be a one-time thing, or would it be the beginning of an annual event and grow and get bigger and better like other comic cons around the country? The question has been answered and Magic Valley Comic Con is returning this year, bigger and better than last year, with a new location and bigger name guests. 

Magic Valley Comic Con 2025

Last year Magic Valley Comic Con took place at the Magic Valley Mall and many came out to take in the event and see what all the hype was about. It was such a success that after one year the event outgrew the original venue and this year will be moving to the Twin Falls County Fairgrounds in Filer to have enough room to host the event and to accommodate more guests and more vendors. This year's event will be taking place September 13 and 14 and tickets are $10 for one day passes in advance, $15 for both days in advance, and increase all the way up to $200 for VIP for both days which include early entrance, meet and greets, a swag bag, food vouchers, and more. Guests at Magic Valley Comic Con 2025

Currently, there are expected to be 11 food trucks at Magic Valley Comic Con this year giving visitors many eating options as well as an incredible list of celebrities to meet this year. Some of the biggest names announced so far include Amy O'Neill, best known for the movie 'Honey I Shrunk the Kids'. Also making an appearance will be Mara Wilson who was the youngest daughter in 'Mrs. Doubtfire', and infamously was Matilda from the movie 'Matilda'. For those that enjoy a classic, Sam Jones, known for being Flash Gordon will be there, and perhaps the biggest name announced so far, Jason Lee from 'Clerks', 'Mallrats', 'My Name is Earl', and 'Dogma' will be at this year's event.
