With temperatures expected to be near triple digits this weekend, staying inside a cool theatre might be the way to go. 'Treasure Island' will be performed this weekend at the Orpheum Theatre and makes for a great way to get out of the house, have some fun entertainment, and avoid the heat. The show will be performed Friday, Saturday, and Monday, with showtimes at 7 pm each night. Tickets start as low as $17.50. Saturday, June 8 - Filer Fun Days

This Saturday, Filer is the place to be. Filer Fun Days will be happening all day Saturday, and there will be plenty to do all day long. It starts at 7 AM at the Twin Falls Fair Grounds with a community breakfast. Adults are $7, kids are $5, and senior citizens are $6. Beginning at 11 AM until 7 PM there will be a bounce house and water slide for kids, and from noon to 4 PM there will be Kiddieland, filled with train rides, games, balloon animals, and prizes. With June being Pride Month, and this past week being Pride Week in Twin Falls, there is no better way to end the week than with a party in the park. Pride Day will be happening on Saturday in Twin Falls City Park, and everyone is invited. Christian comedian Nazareth with be performing this Saturday at Twin Falls Church of the Nazarene. The event is outdoors, and gates will open at 6 PM, with the show beginning at 7 PM. If you are a fan of watching bull riding, this weekend is one you have had circled on your calendar for some time. The PBR Classic is taking place this Saturday at the Twin Falls County Fairgrounds, with gates opening at 6:30 PM and the event starting at 8 PM. Tickets start as low as $30 for general admission, which includes the bull riding, and a concert after as well. The weather should be perfect this weekend, which makes it even better.
